Booking A Stall - Saturday July 3rd & Sunday July 4th 2004
East Barnet Festival offers stall space for hire to Businesses and Traders, Artists and Crafts people as well as Charities and Voluntary Groups.
List of Charges
Charity/Voluntary Groups:
- Stall £20 one day / £30 two days
- Space 10'x10' £20 one day / £30 two days
- Space 20'x10' £29 one day / £45 two days
Arts/Crafts:
- Crafts Stall (covered) 8'x2'6" £25 one day / £40 two days
- Space 10'x10' £25 one day / £40 two days
- Large space 20'x10' £40 one day / £65 two days
(Please note, due to space constraints tables are only available for the sale of products, rather than demonstrations or services that could lead to queues)
Business:
- Business Stall £30 one day / £50 two days
- Business Space 10'x10' £30 one day / £50 two days
- Large Business Space 20'x10' £50 one day / £85 two days
- Larger spaces can be booked by arrangement
Please Note:
- NO CHAIRS ARE SUPPLIED
- No drinks or food to be sold except by special arrangement
Payment
Two cheques should be sent with the completed stall booking form. One for the stall booking fee, and a separate cheque for £30 as a deposit which will be returned after the event if no damage is caused or loss sustained by yourselves or your vehicles. Both cheques should be made payable to "East Barnet Community Festival", with your name and address written on the back. If an acknowledgment is required please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope.

Discount:
Bookings received before May 10th 2004 are entitled to an "Early Booking Discount" of £5 per booking.
NO BOOKINGS ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 18th 2004
Compliance with Public Liability Insurance and Safe Trading practice is required. Details on booking form.
